The Revenue Capture System™ is a business support, automation, and communication infrastructure program designed to assist with the handling and response to inbound customer inquiries.

We are confident in the impact of the Revenue Capture System™ when implemented in businesses that already have consistent inbound demand.

If you qualify and we do not help generate at least 10 additional booked jobs within your first 30 days following full implementation (“Evaluation Period”), you will not be charged for the subsequent 30-day service period. We will continue providing the system during that additional 30-day period at no cost while we work to improve performance.

Guarantee Eligibility Requirements

This guarantee is available only to businesses that meet and maintain the following conditions throughout the Evaluation Period:

- Maintain an established business with a consistent volume of inbound customer inquiries (calls, web forms, messages, or similar)

- Provide complete and accurate access to required communication channels and systems for proper implementation

- Allow the Revenue Capture System™ to remain fully active, properly configured, and uninterrupted during the Evaluation Period

- Maintain the operational capacity to respond to, service, and fulfill booked jobs within their service area

- Participate in reasonable tracking, attribution, and reporting methods used to measure system performance

Failure to meet or maintain these conditions at any time during the Evaluation Period may result in suspension or voiding of guarantee eligibility.

However, we do not guarantee that all opportunities will be captured, responded to, or converted into customers. Performance may be affected by system configuration, user actions, third-party integrations, technical limitations, connectivity, or other external variables.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed opportunities, or service interruptions arising from the use of, or inability to use, the system.

This program may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of such third parties. Use of any third-party service is subject to its respective terms.

By using this system, you acknowledge that all business activities involve inherent risk, and that no system or service can guarantee specific outcomes or eliminate the possibility of loss.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and systems associated with the Revenue Capture System™ are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Determination of “additional booked jobs” will be based on reasonable tracking, attribution, and system data as determined by the Company.
